EXAMINATION RESULTS. (By Telegraph:—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. Th results of the Waihi School of Mines examinations held in December are to hand. The school gained 22 first-class, 18 second, and 11 third certificates. Thirty-two students entered. O. Bell (290 marks) wins Mr R. Morgan's gold medal for the highest proficiency in any four subjects. J. Corn-es is next with 288 marks. P. Mackie wins Mr Haszard's prise for surveying. The results are highly satisfactory. The Karangahake school gained 10 first, 7 second, and 8 third-class certificates. Eleven students entered.
