THE ODESSA MOVEMENT.
Chief of Polios Seriously Wounded. (Received 8.47 a.in.) ST. PETERSBURG, February 2. The movement in Odessa continues, and a number of the strikers are armed. In one case their fire resulted in the serious wounding of the Chief of Police of the city.
