Hid'e3 and skins were in less than usual numbers, bnt maintained previous values^ The market on Thursday was fairly supplied with dairy catt c; they sold freely at slightly improved values A.good draft of steers, three to four years old, were more dull of sale than of late. Very few youDg cattle penned. Jfat caitlo in average supply; 150 head penned Bidding irregular. Good quality freely competed for second qunlity dull of sale. Prices averaged 353 the lOOlbs tfheep in short supply. Aged ewes brought 153t0 18seach; shorn lambs, 10s; fat aheep, 4d the lb. PiK« abundant —mostly of small size ; prices m«eh lewer than last week.
