DOMAIN BOARD.

Tine usual monthly meeting of the members of the Domain Board w,is held to-day at noon. Present : His Worship the Mayor (chairman), Messrs. G. M. Mitford, and Hughes. MINUTES. The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. NEW LODGE. DOMAIN. An agreement was read from Mr. John Hamilton, duly witnessed, agreeing to take the new lodge in the Domain at a rental of 10s a week, on conditions that the tenant shall provide a room for the cricketers for their use, and to take luncheon in if they shall choose ; also to have a piece of land at Mr Fenton's discretion, to lay out and cultivate as a garden ; but that he, the said tenant, shall keep neither cows, horses, dogs, nor any other animals therein, but shall take charge of the key and keep the gate thereof. Mr Hughes said the agreement would require a stamp. XETTER. A letter was read by the Secretary, informing the Board that Mr IT Brett had been re-appointed Chairman of the Parnell District Board. ACCOUNTS. The several accounts of the Board for the past month were brought up and passed. This was all the businees.
