rßefore His Worship the Mayor and Vr. Home, J.P.] A SLIP. Eardley Blakeby, Esq., pleaded guilty to being drunk, and was fined 5s and costs, which the aristocrate paid without a murmur. SUMMONS CASES. James T. Richmond, for allowing his chimney to take fire, on the 23rd inst, was fined Is and costs. David M. Cargo for permitting his cow, Dainty, to stroll in New St, Ponsonby, was penalised 2s 6d and costs. This was all the business.
