The Assembly has annulled, by 330 to 310, the election of the Bonapartist in Bourgoine, elected for the Department of Nievre. — During the debate in the Assembly on Bonapartist intrigues, Gambetta attacked the budget, and the Minister of the Interior's motion by the.Left was rejected, and a motion of confidence in the Government submitted by the Right and approved.—The union of the Government with the Left has been destroyed, and the Bonapaitist3 are exultant.
MADRID, July 14. The Carlists are being- closely pressed in the North.
