When the Eaaby was built her owners never contemplated that she would command any passenger traffic, and made no preparation for it. They nowlfind themselve sovercrowded every trip each way^ and are compelled to refuse dozens anxious to go direct. to Sydney. The result is they now. intend to extend the cabin accommodation, but the worst of it is the cabin is very low, and • though they can extend it any reasonable i distance, they cannot remove the beams of the ship to gain sufficient elevation to make ■ the cabin comfortable. Mr. and Mrs. Darrell have gone South.
