The Coming Election.
The Bay of Plenty Times, this morning, publishes an address to the electors of the i£a9t Coast from Colonel Harrington, notifying his intention to contest the seat for House of Representatives at the ensuing* election. Captain Morris, M.P.C., also notifies the same.
The Rowena sailed last night at 10 o'clock. Passengers : WilliamKelly, M.H.R., Colonel Hanington, Capt. Preece, Messrs Chadwick, Masters, Edgcumbe, and Hulme and two servants.
The Bank of New Zealand invite tenders for the erection of extensive Bank premises in Wharf-street.
