(From cur own Correspondent.) This day.

Criminal Sessions

The criminal sitting of the Supreme Court opened yesterday. The Judge's charge was very short and principally referred to the alteration in the system of remission of sentence. John Amfield for illegal pawning, two charges, was found guilty. Spudson for feloniously entering a shop and stealing #£20 draft was also found guilty. Sentence was deferred in both cases.
