(Per Press Telegiam Agency.) Saturday. Arrival of the Suez Mail. The s.s. Tararua, with' the English mail, arrived off the Bluff on the 3rd inst., and came to the wharf at eight o'clock this morning. She left Melbourne at 3.30 p.m. on the 26th. ult. ; encountered strong easterly gales and a tremendous iea, and was compelled to heave to for 48 lours. She brings 24 saloon and 30 steeragi passengers ; also 200 tons cargo for all ports. Bhe sailed for Dunedin at 4 p.m. i
