The schooner Ann McLeorl cleared out today for the Bay of Islands in ballast. The schooner Swallow arrived thia morning from Mongonui with the following cargo : 11 tons and. 5 bags kanri gum, 18 hides and sundries.
The cutter" Maud brings 49 tons coal from Russell.
We learn that Captain Hector Urquhart, a cousin of Captain Urquhart, of the schooner Mary Melville, was a passenger to the Manukau by the schooner Pacific. We regret to state that no tidings have yet arrived as to the fate of the schooner.
The brig Syren arrived from Sydney this morning early after a good run of 13 days. Captain Sainty reports that he left Sydney on tha 16th inst.
