ADELAIDE.
The new Government has enunciated a vigorous policy. It includes borrowing two millions for railway and hnrbour works, and the expenditure of £100,000 on immigration. If taxation is necessar}' it will be direct, but the tariff will be altered as last year in the direction of free trade.
A motion for payment of member's was negatived. The Ministerial policy generally was approved of.
