(From our own Correspondent.) This day. Recoveiy of Money at Rotoiua. fS|ln connection with the late accident on Rotorua Lake, the recovery of a portion of the money has been effected.
At the Resident Magistrates Court yesterday, Te Retiu and Tamilian a, charged with having stolen property, belonging to G. Kempt, Esq., pleaded guilt). Tho first was S nt for three months' aud the second to two monts' imprisonment.
