(From our own Correspondent.) This day. The Royal Oak. The Royal Oak Company's annual meeting was held to-day. The directors report and mine managers report, and balance sheet were read and adopted. Messrs Woollams and Patterson were re-elected directors.
A telegraph station was opened to-day at Wairoa, province of Wellington.
