The Governor leaves Nelson for Wellington on Monday next. He will be entertained at a private dinner to-night. The Hon. Dr. Pollen leaves Nelson for Wellington to-morrow.

The City of Melbourne, with the homeward mails, reached San Francisco on the 6th June, four days before contract time.
