There was a very large attendance at Messrs Tonks and Co.'s Brunswick Mart t»day, and the bidding was spirited throughout The property offered for, sale consisted of houses and allotments in Elliott-street-houses and allotments in Albert-asreet, and* allotments in Newton and Hobsoa Bay, the properties of the late Mr Gundry. The plani were prepared by Messrs Herbert Ashton and Sen. Ihe properties realised the following sums :—Albert-street: Lot 2, with brick house, £10 per foot; lot 5, £15; lot 6 £10 5s ; lot 7, £10 15s ; and lot 8, £10 10s'.
