There was a very large attendance at Messrs Tonks and Co.'s Brunswick Mart t»day, and the bidding was spirited throughout The property offered for, sale consisted of houses and allotments in Elliott-street-houses and allotments in Albert-asreet, and* allotments in Newton and Hobsoa Bay, the properties of the late Mr Gundry. The plani were prepared by Messrs Herbert Ashton and Sen.
