The fortnightly meeting of the members of the Auckland Improvement Commission was held this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock in the offices,! Barrack gate, Princes-streeti Present : Messrs. P. A. Philips (chairman), Heale, Macready, and Penton. The minutes of the preceding meeting we" re read and confirmed. *
outhwaite's property.
A letter was read from Mr Aitken stating that he valued the property of Mr Outhwaite, with the following results : £10 per foot, and the building £150. Referred to the Works Committee. REPORT.
A report was read by Mr Heale from the committee appointed to arrange with owners of property in Shortland-street.
