LAND SPECULATION AT OPOTIKI.

TAURANGA. This day. Much interest is felt at the result of the Lands Court at Opotiki. A stormy public meeting was held last night to reconsider the subject of a site for a park being applied for. The majority objected to re-opening the matter, which has now become a violent party question—Edgcumbe versus Clarke.
