This day. A town hall is to be erected at Lawrence. The Times to-day has a leader on tho number of accidents by machinery in New Zealand compared with England in proportion, and suggests that a bill should be brought into Parliament regulating the employment of work-people at places where machinery is used. Last week four persons were admitted into the hospital through accidents, and two died. Wool has begun to arrive at the Bluff for shipment.
