!?!—_-_j_*_jjjj|jjgjggg»^^ quitted the Bench, leaving the R.M. alone. Further arguments ensued, and ultimately the Magistrate agreed to adjourn the case to Chrigtchurcb. After the adjournment tho Bench recorded eonvictioua in two cases, £5 each. Witnesses costs were allowed, but not professional costs. Notice of appeal was given.
