The esse of V> Thite and McKellar was concluded after twelve? days. A verdict was given for the plaintiff for £IS,OOO. At the inquest hold on Kemp tho jury added a rider calling on the City Council to pass a by-law, compelling masters to provide proper protection to servants clearing windows.
