The final competition for Captain Clark i presentation belt took place at 6 o'clock thii morning at tha rifle range. Tho morning wai beautifully fine and favorable for tha comp«titor». Till firing was excellent. .Volunteer Partington became tho fortunate dinner with a »core of 66 out of a poisible 84. Captain J. McCosh Clark was on the ground, alio Captnin Batger and Lieut.
