Early on Wednesday morning, according to anticipation, the clipper barque Ballarat, Captain Eeyuolds, — the second wool vessel of the season — cast off from the Government moorings in the Bay, and took her departure for London direct. She was in splendid trim, and ought, with anything like ordinary weather, to make a fair run home.
