DRUNKENNESS

Four drunkards, and two persons who had been disorderly as well as drunk, were dealt with as usual.

BREACHES OF MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT

E, Hoggard, for allowing a horse to stray, was fined 10s and costs. W. J. Parker was fined 10s and costs for not keeping an excavation in Wellesley street sufficiently lighted. A case against Thomas Dagnall for illusing ahorse, was adjourned till Thursday.
