SUTTONS' SODA WATER AND GINGER BEER MANUFACTORY.
We havo lately paid a visit to Mr. C. Button's works in Eden Crescent for the manufacture of soda water, lemonade, gin-ger-beer, and cordials. Mr. Sutton is certainly blessed with two of the best springs in Auckland from which water is constantly flowing, it has the advantage) -2.Lb^M.,gj_ggld_as ice. The premises are ground is made use of! Bottle-washinglf carried on on a large scale, the various soda water and lemonade machines occupying separate buildings, are capable of bottling off from three to five hundred dozen daily. Mr: Sutton is also an extensive manufacturer of cordials, all of which appear to be of good quality and pure. This branch forms an extensive part of his business. There are five carts employed in the delivery of his various drinks, during this season of the year ; and his sales in town alone average over 2,000 dozen weekly, besides a large country trade. One of Mr. Sutton's wells contains 10,000 gallons of water, as clear as crystal, and is always overflowing. He never refuses anyone water who liko to come and ask for it.
