A disastrous fire has occurred at Coromandel. The flames have driven women and children to seek refuge in the various drives. Several whares are totally destroyed and their contents.

The stores of Lucks, Ratgen ; Halligan, and Murray's butcher shop, are all burned down.

The tramway is also destroyed. The fire was raging furiously at 9 o'clock last night.
