THE VOLUNTEER CHRONICLE
The Auckland Scottish Volunteers will muster at the Drill-shed to-morrow (Saturday) afternoon, at 5 o'clock, with side arms only. We perceive that the officers of the various volunteer corps are requested to meet in Mr Copland's Thames Hotel, this evening, for the purpose of arranging some plan of pr icedurc in the reception of the Thames Volunteers. A parade of the Volunteer Engineers has been called for five o'clock to-morrOvv afternoon, in order that they may combine with other c^rps in inarching to meet the Thames Volunteers. They are to i'all in at the drill shed with side arms only. The Auckland Troop Royal Cavalry Volunteers will not assemble for drill tomorrow at Epsom. As will be seen by advertisements in another column, Regimental Orders of the Auckland Rifle Brigade, for the month of Jonuary, are issued respecting the Rifle Range.
