SPECIAL TELEGRAMS.
THE CALEDONIAN.—MINE MANAGEE'S EEPOBT. The following is a copy of a telegram received from the Manager:— " 9.45 a.m. " I can see gold in stripping down main reef at bottom level. No change elsewhere. " S. E. EICHAItDS."
The manager of the Pride of Tokatea reports by telegram from Grahamstown that the second general crushing gives the splendid result of 7 ozs to the ton, 13 tons crushed giving 90ozs. This is irrespective of specimens.
