HOLIDAY EXCURSIONS.

The Golden Crown p.s. will make an excursion to Kawau Island on Boxing Day, leaving, Queen street wharf at 10 o'clock a.m. She will call at the Hot Springs each way. On Tuesday the Royal Alfred and Duke of Edinburgh steamers will make hourly trips to the Takapuna Lake, commencing at 10 o'clock a.m. The Duke of Edinburgh p.s. will leave the wharf on Tuesday evening at 6 o'clock for an excursion to Wangarei, calling at Hot Springs and Kawau on her return next day. The Gemini steamer will make her usua.l trip to Riverhead that day.
