PRINCE OF WALES THEATRE.

The Lancashire Lass was played for the last time yesterday evening. It is a pity that the legitimate drama receives so little patronage from the Auckland public. A grand amateur performance will be given this evening in aid of the Christchurch crew fund. " The Honeymoon" will be performed with a brilliant cast of amateurs and professionals. " A comical Countess" will follow Tobin's comedy. The entertainment is announced to be under the patronage of the officers of the Auckland Rowing Club, his Worship the Mayor, Majors Gordon and Tisdall, and officers of the Volunteer forces, besides the merchants and ladies, of Auckland.,
