At the Supreme Court to-day, his Honor Sir George Arney, sitting in Banco, gave judgment with reference to the caae of this company. He confirmed the decision of Warden Frazer, on the grounds that the applicants had no Miners' rights. With reference to the question as to whether the Warden should have decreed forfeiture, His Honor held that the Gold Field's Act loft to the Wai'den a discretionary power.
