A barque, supposed to be the Tell from Newcastle, is signalled as we go to press. The p.s. Duke of Edinburgh arrived in harbour this morning from Wan^arei, with the following cargo:—ls head cattle, Backland; 16 bales wool, 10 bags wool, Buckiand ; 10 tons gum, 7 hides, Ireland ; and 14 passengers. The schooner Magellan Cloud is undergoing some repairs at the North Shore. She -will leave for the Chatham Islands about the sth
proximo. The barque Novelty has left Sydney for Shanghai. The barque Tell, Captain alouatt, left Newcastle for this port on 'the Bth instant, with 320 tons coals, 30 tons coke, 660 bags maize. The barque Crishna, Captain Stephens, arrived in harbour this morning. She left Newcastle for this port on the 6th instant, with 360 tons coala.
