Fhom a telegram receive! we are glad to learn that justice has prevailed in the Multum in farvo jumpiug case, heard at the Thames yesterday, and that the company have had their ground restored to them and beon fined £20 for their negligence in omitting to register. A few more decisions such as this would soon put an end to the annoyances caused by those " loafers," rejoicing in the euphonious name of jumpers.—" Herald."
