The barque Ferntlale, 415 tons, Captain Ernzer, sailed for Auckland, from Liverpool, "on the 15th S" ptoniber, with a general cargo.
The s.s. X.< era will take her departure this aft.raoon for Napier and Southern Ports, with the following pnsse_ij>er_. :—Miss Macfarlane, Messrs. Baron and Bearard.
A fine little yacht, about, 30 feet overall, arrived in harbour this morning. She wub built,at W.-iiheke by Mr. Bernard Waymouth, and has been named tho Zodiac. She has been built to the order of Mr. T. Graham, and from her appearance we should think she wilt sail remarkably fast. The Zodiac has 8 feet 3 inches beam, and 4 feet 6 inches depth of hold.
The schooner Midge arrived in harbour this morning from Tahiti, with a cargo of cotton and cocoanut oil. She is twenty-one days from Tahiti, and has had moderate weather throughout. ** : "
