TESTIMONIAL TO CAPTAIN HARDING.
T_9 following address was presented to Captain Harding on the arrival of the Nebraska at Honolulu:—" P.S. Nebraska, at ■ea, October 20, 1871. ' Captain I. Harding, Dear Sir,—As we hope to get into Honolulu to-morrow morning, after a delightful voyage of 26 dovs from Melbourne and 1G days from Auckland, we feel that we would not be doing our duty to the owners of this new line of steamships if we did not express our feelings regarding the accommodation and attention we have received on board, and the general comfort of the ship as a passenger vessel. Many of us are old travellers, and we must say we never met with better attendance, larger, cleaner, and better ventilated cabins and saloons, and the supply, of provisions has been excellent and unlimited. Wo beg voti will convey to all your officers our thanks for their unvaried civility and attention, and, wishing yourself and them every happiness and prosperity, we remain dear sir, yours, truly, B.
