September .21. —Motueka oommittee decided that Munro was not duly elected, and that Parker was. Under the circumstances, each party was ordered to pay its own costs.—Mr J. Williamson has taken his seat in the Assembly.;— Financial debate adjourned to Thursday on the understanding that the ordinary Estimates will only be gone on with, and the debate on the. statement will not commence till Tuesday next. —Mr. Creighton has given notice of motion to refer tho Estimates' back to the Government to reduce the departmental expenditure by £50,000.—-Smythiosnwus beard at the bar of the House yesterday.
