Bartletfc, £321. The plans were prepared by Mr. A. W. Barrows, urchiteefc, of Tauranga, and very much admired. —Ifc is reported that many of the hot springs at Obinemutu have lately become cold, in consequence of the prosent state'of eruption of Mount Tongariro;
