IMPORTANT DECREE. TWENTY DAYS' GRACE,
In view of the awful orisis through. which the [People pf Buenos Ayresare novr passing;' Governor- Castrd-^having' consulted with the Council of Health and the law officers, and has
decreed that the remaining days of the month bo kopt as strict holidays, all the banks and public offices to be closed.
The Council of Health has recommended all who can to leave the city ; arid it is to facilitate this movement that the G-overnor lias very properly ißsue<l; tbe order so generally called foif. ■'~.,
