Mb. j. newman's bepobt. The share market has been rather firmer to-day for Caledonian and Thames, and a good demand for Nonpareil. My sales comprise : Caledonian, £147 10s to £148; Thames, £28 to £28 10s; Goldcm Calf, £3 ; Moanatairi, £4; Albion, £8 153. Sellers : Caledonian, £149 ; Thames, £28.
