Evening Stab Office, Friday afternoon,
Messrs. 11. S. Meyers and Co. held a sale of fruits, &c, ex late arrivals, at their stores, to-day. There was a good attendance, and the following were the prices realised: — Apples, lfd to 2id ; oranges, 7s 6d per case ; prime potted butter, 6|d; Knight's jams, (in Jib. tins), 7d; Tasmanian hops, Is 3d per lb. . , ,
