ARRIVAL OF THE PHcEBE.

The b.s. Phoebe, Capt. Worsp, arrived in the Manukau this morning, from Southern ports. She left Bluff harbour at 4.25 p.m. on the 9th ; arrived at Port Chalmers at 7 a.m. on the 10r,h ; left Port Chalmors at 4.45 p.m. the same day, arriving at Lyttelton at 1.30 p.m. en the 11th ; left Lyttelton at 10.6 p.m. the same day, arriving at Wellington at 3.30 p.m. on the 12th, with the Southern members of Assembly on board, having been specially engaged by the G-overnment for tl-eir conveyance to Wellington. She left Wellington at 5 p.m. on tne 15th, arriving ut Picton at 5.30 p.m., and leaving at 7 p.m. the same day, arrived at Nelson at, 7.15 a.m. on the 16th; left at 8.35 p.m. the same day, arriving at Tumnaki at 11.50 a.m. on the 17th ; left at 5 p.m. the same day, arriving off the Manukau Hefids early ; crossed the bar at 10 a.m., and arrived at the wharf at 11.45 a.m. From leaving Bluff Harbour until off the IGnkouras, experienced moderate N.W. winds ; thence to Wellington, S.E.; thence to Picton, N.W.; thence to 8 a.m. 17th, S.W.; thence to arrival, S.E.; fine weather throughout. Passengers—Saloon : Mr. and Mrs. De Vaux and child, Mrs. Baird, Miss Miunie, Dr. Goodman, R.N., Messrs. Moore, Gray, Findlay, Logic, G-ell. Steerage : Messrs. T. Johnson, Cox, Lindbre, Long, T. Kidd, T. Grant. We are indebted to Mr. H. B. Monkman, purser, for our files.

The s.s. Taranaki and St. Kilda were unable to crofls the bur yesterday. They left early this morning.
