MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS.
A mkktiiVO of tho shareholders in the Waite - mata Gold Alining Company was held, yesterday afternoon, at three o'clock, at Mr. Sceals's British Hotel. Mr. Luke occupied tho chair. There waa a full attendance, a majority in number and value being present. A motion was unanimously adopted in favour of the amalgamation of the Waitcmata and Sedan claims.
