Mr. S. Jones submitted a consignment of Honolulu sugars at his mart to-day. Some 06 kegs were sold at very lotv rates. Buyers are evidently adverse to operating in tho face of the cargo now overdue, and the large ship ments expected from Australia. We pern ■• ■■ o some 9000 bags wore shipped in ono boKo :, 'o Christchurch from Sydney; evidently iiie Australian markets are much overstocked. The prices realised were, for bright counters, 2|d per lb.; ditto ditto, 2Jd per lb.; brown crystal sugar, 2£d €o 2£d per lb., at which price the importers aro open to quit the balance of the shipment. _» :
