DEPARTURE OF THE JAMES PATERSON.
The s.s. James Paterson, Captain Saunders, left the wharf at noon to-day for Sydney via Russell. Passengers—Mr. Henry, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas and two children, Mr. White, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Quick, Mr. Lett, Mr. R. A. Green, Mr. and Mrs. Trevor Jones and three children, Mr. and Mrs. Butler, Mr. James Brown, Mrs. Everest, Miss Laura Mai-land, Mr. Corlett. Steerage—Messrs. Oakley, Cobb, Richards, Wilson, and Sims.
The schooners Leonidu?, Tawera, an.' Golden Isle, arrived at Russell on the 241 i; met.
The brig Moa, for Sydney, has beer detained till to-morrow.
