Detjkkeshihs.—William Williams was fined ss. and costs o? 2L hours' imprisonment. .Tohn Oostello, James Costello, and John Donnolly, were sentenced to a fine of 10s. or 48 hours. *.;J-eorj;o Smith and Maria Randall, for second offences, were fined 10s. or 48 hours imprisonment. Walter Colson was cunrged by N. Abrahams with malicious injury.—Case dismissed. Henry (a. Maori) was charged with larceny to the value of 12s. 6d. by William Marshall. —The case was adjourned till to-morrow.
