DEXTXKAitDS. —Alexander Lynch was fined ten shillings and costs, or forfcf'-eight hours for the above offence —B. Waltor Colson, for a second offenco, was ordered to pay twenty shillings, or be imprisoned for forty-eight hours.
Deserteti3. —Homy Bird and Alexander Ross wcr* charged with being deserters from Her Majesty's Naval service. Thei'o boing no evidence to.prove that they! were deserters the men were discharged. Municipal Poliok Act.—Hugh Sfcudholme was lined twenty shillings and costs, or ordered to bo imprisoned forty-eight hours for a breach of the above Act.—For the same offence, Robert Miller and Terence Brady were mulcted in the same amount. Thin wai all the buiiuen before the Court.
