The new lode in the Caledonian towards the Otago is showing magnificent gold.
One cwt. of stone from the Claremont gave 350 ozs. melted gold. The new reef struck in the West Coastis looking well.
The City of Dunedin will commence crushing this week. A good return is expected.
The Eed, White, and Blue crushing at the Manukau battery is looking well. There is already a splendid show of amalgam.
