Dbttnkeness.—John Mitchell and Cornelius Johnson were severally fined 10s with costs, or in default, to be imprisoned 48 hours;Anth hard labour. Caroline Williams was imprisoned 48 hours with hard labour.. Walton-Wilson forfeited bail.
Larceny.—Cornelius ~ Johnston pleaded guilty to the charge of having,, on the 16th June, stolen from the shop of Hans Christopher, in Queen-street, two bottles of pickles value 2s; sentenced .to be imprisoned one month. ......
