THE BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Theee was a special meeting to-day for the further consideration of by-laws. Legal opiuious had been taken in respect of by-laws repealing other by-laws, but it was resolved to take the opinion of Mr. Whitaker, and the Council adjourned. No business was done.
