Petty Labceny.—Maurice Martin pleaded guilty to having stolen a loaf of bread, value 3d. It having been stated that there is an habitual tendency in this direction, he was sent to gaol for seven days, with hard labor. Fame Pbetences.—G. H. Evuns was charged by W. B. Pierce with having obtained money by false pretences.—Remanded till Monday. This wai all the business.
